Lori Smith brings extensive experience in early childhood education to Caring Hearts Childcare Center, along with her expertise in staff development and program leadership. She is passionate about fostering a nurturing, play-based environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow.
As the Executive Director, Lori leads both the educational program and the daily operations of the nonprofit childcare center. She collaborates closely with teachers, providing regular one-on-one support and professional development while promoting a community connection that balances high standards with flexibility and care.
Lori is especially dedicated to building strong relationships with children, families, and staff, ensuring that Caring Hearts remains a welcoming and dependable resource for the community.
